This internationally recognized training course is intended for people and groups who have to carry out rescues in rivers and floods. Rescue personnel from the police, fire brigade and paramedics quickly find themselves in challenging situations in an emergency around water, which require in-depth knowledge and tested strategies. In the course we learn the principles of rescue theory and emergency management, precise and quick situation assessments and risk analyzes and the safe and efficient execution of elementary rescue techniques. The aim of the course is the training of competent rescuers and a functioning emergency management on rivers and in white water. No prior knowledge required. The course ends with an exam and upon successful completion with the Swiftwater Rescue Technician (SRT) certificate from Rescue 3 ™.

The Rescue 3 ™ certificate is valid for 3 years. Recognition can be maintained by repeating the course. The course costs do not include transport, accommodation and food.
